These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the cloud printing service (“Service”) provided by ZASS Innovation Group Sdn. Bhd. (“Provider”) on the platform ZASSPRINT.COM. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the Service.

1. Account Registration:
1.1 To use the Service, you are required to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
1.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are liable for any activities or actions that occur under your account.

2. Service Description:
2.1 The Service allows you to upload, store, and print documents and files from a cloud-based platform.
2.2 You may have the option to access the Service through a web interface, mobile application, or integration with other software or platforms.
2.3 You are required to self-collect your printed document at the selected kiosk.

3. User-Generated Content:
3.1 You are solely responsible for the content and files you upload or submit through the Service (“User Content”).
3.2 By uploading User Content, you grant Provider a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to reproduce, modify, and distribute the User Content for the purpose of fulfilling your printing orders.
3.3 You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to use, upload, or distribute the User Content.
3.4 Your document will only be stored in the provider’s cloud for up to 3 days before it will be deleted permanently

4. Printing Orders and Payment:
4.1 By placing a printing order through the Service, you agree to pay the specified fees and any applicable taxes
4.2 Provider reserves the right to refuse or cancel any printing orders in its sole discretion.
4.3 We accept payment via internet banking, credit cards & debit cards using toyyibPay as our payment gateway provider.

5. Print Quality and Accuracy:
5.1 Provider will make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and quality of the printed materials based on the files you upload.
5.2 However, Provider does not guarantee the exact colour accuracy, resolution, or other specifications of the printed materials.
5.3 You acknowledge that there may be slight variations between the digital representation and the final printed output.

6. Ownership and Intellectual Property:
6.1 You retain all ownership rights to your User Content.
6.2 Provider does not claim ownership of the User Content uploaded or submitted through the Service.
6.3 Provider retains all intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to the software, design, and trademarks.

7. Termination:
7.1 Provider may, at its discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.

8. Limitation of Liability:
8.1 Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or the printed materials, even if Provider has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Modifications:
9.1 Provider reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most recent version of the Terms will be available on the Service.

10. Governing Law:
10.1 These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of MALAYSIA.

11. Changes to terms of service:
11.1 You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time at this page.
11.2 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
11.3 Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
